The location of the hotel is great, with just a short walk to the beach and the main shopping street. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing assistance with planning trips and offering free bikes to explore the area. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with clean towels provided daily.
The breakfast selection could be improved, with limited variety of food options.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the main shopping street with shops and restaurants. The staff were great and the owner was friendly, helping us plan our trip to Venice. The hotel also offered free bikes for us to explore the neighborhoods. The rooms were clean and we were provided with clean towels every day. the cleanliness, great staff, convenient location, and free bike rental were the best aspects of our stay.

Rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed regularly. they offer bicycles for exploring the area.
Breakfast was limited with poor selection. the wifi only worked in the restaurant area and hallway, not in the rooms or balcony spaces.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach and the main shopping street with plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable information for our trip to Venice.- We loved the fact that we could take the free bikes and explore the surrounding neighborhoods, adding an extra level of fun and adventure to our holiday.
The breakfast selection was quite limited and stayed the same throughout our stay, which was a bit disappointing. The mattress on the bed was a little too soft for our liking, making it less comfortable than we had hoped for.
